Mandy Burke’s musical career has spanned a variety of styles—everything from classical to funk. She received her B.M. in vocal performance and an M.M. in opera performance from Cal State, Long Beach. As a member of the CSULB Chamber Singers, she traveled to China and Europe. In addition, Mandy has performed with opera companies such as Long Beach Opera, Lyric Opera of Los Angeles, and Celestial Opera.
Mandy was a member of the Sam Morrison Band from 2006-2012, where she played all over the country with the premiere Bob Seger Tribute Band, signed to Michael Blum's label, Titan Tribute Records. The band was recently featured on AXS's, World's Greatest Tribute Bands. As a member of the all female hand bell trio, Belle Musique, she performed at weddings, funerals, and cooperate events.
She served as a faculty member for almost a decade at the Orange County School of the Arts, and was a private music instructor at schools like Southwest Conservatory and Hayward Music Center. She joined the Indian Valley faculty as a music specialist from 2015-2017. She maintains her private studio where she teaches voice, piano,guitar, and serves as a vocal coach.
She is a member of, Wheel House, a rock, blues, and funk band based in the Bay Area, where she is featured on vocals, keyboards, and guitar. She is also the owner of East June Music, a music publishing company.
